Tucked into Winter Park, Florida, MatWorkz is a small, warm, and intimate space — designed intentionally to stay that way. We built our studio around one belief: every body is different, and every private lession should reflect that.
MatWorkz is equipped for one-on-one, private instruction — Reformers, Cadillacs, Chairs, Barrels and GYROTONIC® towers set in a calm, uncluttered environment where you’re never competing for a machine or an instructor’s attention. We also offer a limited number of small group Tower Mat Pilates and GYROKINESIS® classes for clients who want that same personalized attention in a shared setting. Either way, it’s a space built for focus: whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or working through the biomechanics of a long-standing movement limitation, our studio gives you the room — literally and figuratively — to do that work well.
