MatWorkz is a full-service Pilates Studio with facilities for tower mat classes of up to six students and private instruction for singles, duets and trios. A separate studio for Gyrotonic® instruction accommodates two students and small groups for Gyrokinesis®. There is a massage room and dressing room.
