Pilates is taught in private sessions, duets or in small groups of up to 6 people, known as Tower Mat Classes. Sessions are taught by appointment only and last 50 minutes each. Please call 407-628-4888 for a reservation.

Special introductory sessions are scheduled periodically. Please call for more information and to reserve your spot.

The Tower Mat Class schedule includes both morning and evening sessions. Please call for schedules and reservations.
