PILATES CLASS SCHEDULES AND FEES

Pilates is taught in private sessions, duets, trios or in small groups of up to 6 people, known as Tower Mat Classes.

Sessions are taught by appointment only and last 50 minutes each. Please call 407-628-4888 for a reservation.

All classes are limited to six students and are subject to availability.

Beginners will need personalized lessons to be introduced to the Tower mat work.

All series expire after 30 days

All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to session to avoid being 
charged.
